Terms of Service, Refund Policy & Privacy Policy
ATLAS is a private document preparation service for travelers. This page is the English version of our terms. Our customer-facing website is in Hebrew; the Hebrew terms are at /terms, and both versions have the same content.

1Who we are
ATLAS is the trade name of Maoz Group LLC, a limited liability company registered in the State of Delaware, USA (Delaware File No. 10712462), 8 The Green, Suite B, Dover, DE 19901.
We are a private, independent document preparation service. We are not a law firm and do not provide legal advice. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or acting on behalf of the U.S. Embassy, the U.S. Department of State, U.S. Customs and Border Protection, or any other government agency, U.S. or Israeli.
Anyone can apply directly and independently at esta.cbp.dhs.gov or ceac.state.gov and pay only the government application fee. Using our service is optional.

2What we do and what the price includes
The customer answers a questionnaire in Hebrew. We translate the answers, complete the U.S. ESTA or B1/B2 visa application form in English, cross-check every field against the passport, and submit the application. For B1/B2 visas we also book the embassy appointment and prepare the customer for the interview. We support the customer until a decision is issued.
Prices per traveler: ESTA ₪1,290 · B1/B2 visa ₪1,720 (ILS). The price is all-inclusive: our preparation and support work, plus the U.S. application fee, which we pay directly to the U.S. government when we submit the application. There are no additional charges for the same application. The total is shown before payment.
Not included: passport photos, passport renewal, obtaining documents, travel to the embassy, and translations of personal documents.
No guarantee of approval. The decision to approve or refuse an application is at the sole discretion of the U.S. authorities. No one can guarantee approval, an appointment date, or a processing time.
3Service timeline
After payment the customer immediately receives a personal code to open the questionnaire. We start working once the questionnaire is completed and the required details are received.
- ESTA: the application is typically submitted within a few business days. The U.S. authorities usually respond within 72 hours.
- B1/B2 visa: the DS-160 form is typically submitted and the appointment is booked within a few business days. The appointment date depends on the embassy's availability.
- GOLD add-on: the application is moved to the front of our queue. This affects our own preparation time only, not the authorities' processing time.
4Cancellation and refund policy
Before we submit the application
As long as we have not submitted the application or paid the government fee, the customer may cancel and receive a refund of the amount paid, less the cancellation fee permitted under the Israeli Consumer Protection Law (the lower of 5% of the transaction or ₪100) and any costs already incurred. Statutory cancellation rights are not limited by these terms.
After we submit the application
Once the application is submitted, the service has been fully delivered. A refusal by the U.S. authorities is not a failure of our service and does not entitle the customer to a refund of the service fee or the government fee, unless the GOLD add-on was purchased. Government application fees are non-refundable under U.S. rules.
GOLD refund add-on
GOLD is an optional add-on (₪149 per order). If an application covered by GOLD is refused, we refund the full amount paid, including the service fee, the government fee and the add-on itself. The refund is issued to the original payment method within 14 business days of the refusal notice; the customer does not need to request it.
When we always refund in full
If we did not submit the application at all, or did not provide the service ordered, including when the route we chose was wrong due to our error, the full amount is refunded.
Cancellation requests and complaints can be sent in writing by email or WhatsApp, and we reply in writing. The card statement shows the charge as ATLAS VISA. If you do not recognize a charge, please contact us first and we will respond the same day.
5Privacy policy
What we collect: name, phone number and email; questionnaire answers and passport details required for the application; documents the customer uploads. Card payments are processed by our payment provider; we do not receive or store full card numbers.
Why: only to prepare and submit the application, contact the customer about it, and meet legal and accounting obligations. We do not sell or rent personal data and do not use it for third-party advertising.
Who receives it: the U.S. authorities to which the application is submitted, and service providers that operate the service for us (secure hosting and database, email delivery, payment processing), under confidentiality obligations.
Security and retention: documents are kept in private, encrypted storage accessible to ATLAS staff only. Documents are deleted after the case is closed, and other records are kept only as long as required by law.
Your rights: you may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your data at any time by email, subject to legal record-keeping obligations.
6Customer responsibilities, liability and governing law
The customer is responsible for providing accurate and complete information, including any prior refusal, arrest, conviction or additional citizenship. The embassy interview for a visa is personal and mandatory.
Our liability is limited to the amount paid to us for the relevant application. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses (such as flights or hotels) caused by a refusal, delay or any decision of the U.S. authorities. We recommend not buying non-refundable travel before approval.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protection rights the customer has under the laws of their country of residence. The terms in effect on the date of the order apply to that order.
